Rental policies we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event date. On short notice orders (less than 30 days), payment is required in full at the time of booking. You may reduce your order by up to 10% up to 14 days prior to your event. Your non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total cost specified in the Rental Agreement is due at the time your items are booked and reserved. Your items are not reserved until your deposit is made. We require a signed contract by the individual who is financially responsible for the Rental Agreement. Rain plan is required for ANY use of rentals that may used outdoors. Rentals cannot be delivered without a valid rain plan that has been shared with us. We require the following client information- a valid phone number, address, event information, and event location. Your remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event. Once final payment is made, it is non-refundable. 1 Day Rental: Fees include possession of rentals during the time frame of the event specified in the Rental Agreement. Rentals must be dropped off and picked up on the same the day, unless otherwise discussed with HoneyBee Vintage Rentals. Listed price of rentals will be charged per day of usage. The Client, Planner, or designated contact must be present at the time of delivery to sign for rentals. Client or client planner/contact is required to provide layout or information about placement in order for rentals to be properly set-up if that option is offered in the rental contract. Day of contact information is required. Day of contact is someone we can contact for any questions regarding delivery, set up, or breakdown of rental order. Images are to be shared with HoneyBee Vintage with the understanding that they can be used for social media and for marketing purpose. We will reciprocate in kind with you and your other vendors. Appropriate credit given to HoneyBeeVintage Rentals in any publications, social media posts, “sneak peeks” etc. A valid credit card will be required to be on file. Any damage to items from our collection must be reported ASAP. Items that require repair/ replacement will be charged to the card on file
HOW DO I RENT ITEMS? Create your order by adding desired items to your cart then hit submit. We will confirm availability and return a final quote to you via email within 48 hours (with the exception of Sundays and holidays.)
ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM RENTAL FEES? Not at this time.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT AN ITEM? All rental prices are for 1-day use. However, long-term rental rates are also available.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? We will deliever your items to your event site the day of your event at the agreed upon time on our rental agreement. We will return later the same day at the time specified to retrieve your rentals. There is no need to arrange to have items stored or returned to us. Easy peasy!
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES? A 4% non-refundable Maintenance Fee is required on all orders. This covers minor damage such as wear and tear on the equipment. This fee does not cover damage, theft, loss, vandalism, misuse, abuse or missing equipment and customer shall be liable for such events.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGES OR BREAKS A RENTAL ITEM? An "Oops" occasionally happens. All breakages, chips or losses will be deducted from your security depsout or charged to the credit card on file upon the return to HoneyBee Vintage Rentals. We charge 3 times the cost of each rental item. For example: if a wine glass is damaged and the rental price is: $2 we then multiply it by 3. $2 x 3 = $6 so $6 is subtracted is charged to the credit card on file or subtracted from any security deposit made.
CAN I PICK OUT INDIVIDUAL MISMATCHED PIECES? A: Because we have such a large inventory, it is not possible for a host to select plates or other items at this time. We will work with you to determine your overall color and pattern aesthetic to curate a random yet styled collection for you.
DO I HAVE TO WASH EVERYTHING BEFORE I RETURN IT? Our food and beverage serving items are fragile and should not be placed in a dishwasher. Before being returned toHoneyBeeVintage Rentals, china must be rinsed free from any food particles and stacked vertically in the crates provided – if not, the client may be charged a cleaning and restocking fee. Glasses and other servewhere may be rinsed and returned to the crates in which they were delivered in. All of our items are lovingly and thoroughly hand washed after use to keep them in serving condition for many years to come.
